About Us

Misty was born in Weatherford and grew up in the funeral business. She owned and operated “Memories in Bloom Florist” for 10 years before selling her business and joining our staff. She is married to Travis Engel and has two children Madison and Caden. She is a member of Milestone Church in Keller and sings on the worship team. Misty is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the CASA Hope for Children Board of Directors and as an Ambassador for the East Parker County Chamber of Commerce. 

Angie was born and raised in Weatherford and grew up as part of Galbreaith Pickard. She married Jose Hernandez in 2007 and they now have 2 boys. She attends Northside Baptist Church and spends her extra time watching her boys play sports and doing family activities.

Melody Turner, born and raised in Weatherford, Texas and currently lives in the Brock Community. She is married to Roudy Turner and has three children. Melody graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Services in 2002 and has served many families at Galbreaith Pickard ever since.   

Tony Rodriguez, a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for thirty years, graduated in 1993 from Commonwealth College of Mortuary Science in Houston. He is passionate about his profession and is dedicated to serving families in Weatherford and the surrounding communities during their time of need. Tony moved to Weatherford from Corpus Christi with his beautiful wife, Rendee McCleery-Rodriguez, and their two dogs. They are looking forward to becoming active members of Northside Baptist Church and meeting all the wonderful people in Parker County.

Rachel Beck joined Galbreaith Pickard full time in 2021.  She has an AAS in Mortuary Science from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and an AAS in Psychology from Weatherford College.  Rachel is currently licensed in the State of Texas as a Funeral Director and Embalmer.

Rachel is a member of StoneWater Church in Granbury and is active with the Alzheimer's Association, a cause that is close to her heart. Her greatest blessing calls her "Mom" and that is her one adult son, Seth. As a firm believer in taking time to reflect and enjoy the gift of the day we have been given, Rachel spends her spare time with family and friends, kayaking, hiking, or anything outdoors. 

With a passion for helping others, Rachel finds a greater purpose in being able to help families honor their loved ones.  Being able to get to know each and every family member and assist them in painting the vibrant picture of the life that will always be remembered and cherished is a calling that she is blessed to be able to be a part of.

Conrad Ross, lives in Azle, Texas. In 2012 he married his wife, Amy and they have 3 dogs. Conrad served in the Marine Corp and was a chef prior to entering the funeral industry where he has been with Galbreaith Pickard since 2015.

Tim Fisher was born and raised in Weatherford, Texas. He has two daughters, five grandchildren, and 2 dogs. He is a member of North Main Church of God. Tim is a board member of the Texas Southern Gospel School of Music as well as the Texas State Singing Convention and spends most of his free time traveling the southern states of the US attending the singings. Tim joined our team in 2018 and enjoys assisting families following their services as well as pre need arrangements.

Donnetta Howard was born in Hampton, Virginia. She has lived in many places throughout her years, but settled in the Weatherford area, and is a member of Willow Park Baptist Church. She is blessed with five wonderfully talented children and five grandchildren, and often says they are the very best parts of her life. Donnetta loves to travel and is always ready for the next adventure. 

Donnetta has built lasting relationships and experience over the past 28 years of her career within the funeral industry, and she joined our team in October 2022. Along with her knowledge and experience, Donnetta has a passion for assisting our families in creating a lasting tribute for their loved one. She understands the importance of memorializing their life in a dignified manner. Her aim is to assist you in cherishing your loved one’s memory in a meaningful way when the time comes.

Debby Steensma, was born and raised in Parker County and married Jim Steensma in 1982. They raised 3 children and she is now the proud "Grandma" to 4 beautiful grandchildren. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1986 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a lifetime member of South Main Church of Christ. Upon her retirement from teaching, Debby joined Galbreaith Pickard in 2014.

Madison Bouyer was born and raised in Weatherford and now resides in Mineral Wells with her fiance' and 3 fur babies. She joined our team in 2021 after many years in banking. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

KC Shockey lives on the lake in Granbury, Texas, with her loving husband and beautiful daughter. She is passionate about serving in the funeral home business and joined the Galbreaith Pickard family in 2022. KC is a dedicated and compassionate student in mortuary school, passionate about providing comfort and support to families during their most difficult times. With her caring heart and deep respect, KC wants to merge her prior beauty school skills with her new mortuary skills after graduation. She attends Lakeside Baptist church and loves spending time with her family, creating resin art, cooking from scratch, and going out and trying all life's new adventures.

Royce joined our firm in July 2021. He started his profession in the funeral industry after experiencing the loss of a family member. Royce lives in Mineral Wells with his wife of 30 years, Autta. They have 3 adult children and are looking forward to many grandchildren. He loves spending time with his wife and taking care of their farm and all the animals. 

Donna Hudson, has lived in Weatherford most of her life and is a memeber of Baker Baptist Church. She married her husband, Clay, in 1974 and has two children and three granddaughters. Donna and her husband owned and operated Bowman Electronics for 30 years before she joined our firm in 2018. 

Ike Mercer has been a resident of Palo Pinto and Parker Counties for over 40 years. He and his wife, Carolyn, live in Brock and have 5 adult children and 10 grandchildren between them. They are members of the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church where Ike serves as the Worship Pastor. Ike and Carolyn love spending time with family and friends, attending live music, and taking road trips.

Charla Henderson was born and raised in Parker County. She is the proud mom to her son and her fur babies. Charla graduated from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, and is a retired teacher of 37 years. Charla loves spending time with her family and friends. She joined our firm in 2021 and is honored to help serve families in their time of need.

Pam Wilkins has lived in the Weatherford area for 8 years. She joined our firm in 2021 following the passing of her late husband and high school sweetheart of 55 years and 60 days. Pam has 3 adult children, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She enjoys family time, drawing, and spending time outdoors and in her flower garden.

Becky Reed is married to Jack Reed and has one daughter, one son, and four grandchildren. She moved to Willow Park in 2006 and joined our firm in 2016 after retiring as a Nurse Practionier. She loves spending time with her family and shooting photography. Becky is a member of the Klassy Kloggers and attends South Main Church of Christ.

Donald Jones was born in Snyder, Texas, and moved to Weatherford in 1962. Don has nine children, seven boys, and two girls. He joined Galbreaith Pickard in 2009 assisting with funerals and currently handles the maintenance and cleaning at the offices. He attends New Hope Baptist Church and enjoys spending time with his family and friends as often as he can.
