Laverne Adele Fuhrmann

LaVerne Adele Fuhrmann, 88, of Weatherford, formerly of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015, at Willow Park Rehab and Nursing in Willow Park.  Cremation has taken place and services will be private.
LaVerne was born January 29, 1927 in St. Louis. She was one of two children born to Alois and Edna Hantack. LaVerne was married to Gerald Koester and later to Frank Fuhrman who are now both deceased.  LaVerne loved planting and caring for her flowers. She had a “heart for giving”, especially with her family and friends.  LaVerne was dedicated as a Jehovah’s Witness in Sullivan, MO.
LaVerne is survived by her daughter, Becky (Rod Jesseph) Koester of Willow Park; step-daughter, Janet (Frank) Wecker; and by two grandchildren, Dillon and Kelsey Jesseph.
In addition to her parents, LaVerne was preceded in death by her two husbands, Gerald Koester and Frank Fuhrmann; and by her brother, Melvin Hantack.
