Mary "Frances" Cooper

Mary “Frances” Cooper, 93, of Weatherford, passed away early on Tuesday, June 16, 2019 in Fort Worth. A graveside committal service will be held at 11 A.M., on Friday, June19 at Oakland Cemetery in Weatherford.
Frances was born on August 11, 1925, in Weatherford, to Ira and Mattie Gilbert. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, her ‘zest for life’ and for her stubborn and feisty personality. She enjoyed reading, traveling, camping, and gardening. Most of all, Frances cherished time spent with her family.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Rita Langeliers, Shawna Cooper, and Tracie Cunningham; her grandchildren, Chris, Lora, Steve, and Jake; great-grandchildren, Shea, Connor, and Alexa; and by her sister, Catherine Moore.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her son, Dobie.
