Samuel David Brazeal

Samuel David Brazeal, age 19, passed from this life Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in Ottawa, Kansas. Samuel was born December 27, 1995 in Houston, TX to Zip and Sherri Brazeal. He was a student at Ottawa University where he was a member of the Football Team.  Samuel's passion was football; however in High School, he wanted to play basketball so he taught himself to play.  He lettered 3 years in basketball and 2 years in football.  Samuel was a member of the Perrin Church of Christ.
 
Samuel is survived by his Parents, Zip and Sherri Brazeal of Perrin, TX; sister, Elizabeth Brazeal of Perrin, TX; brothers, Timothy Brazeal of Stephenville, TX and Thomas Brazeal of Perrin, TX; Grand Parents, Lyndon and Sharon Brazeal of Weatherford, TX; he is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
 

Funeral Ceremony, 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 16, 2015, at the South Main Church of Christ, in Weatherford. 
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00, Sunday evening, at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 E. Elm Street, in Weatherford.
