Alan Lee Allen

Alan Lee “Skip” Allen, age 65, of Weatherford, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at his residence. Skip was born July 17, 1947 in Paris, Texas. He was a salesman in oil and gas production, a knife maker and a musician. He played in numerous bands and was a member of Spring and Case Church of Christ. Survivors: Wife; Tania Allen of Weatherford, daughter, Kimberly Cummings of Richardson, sons, Jade Allen of Flower Mound, Andrew Allen of Weatherford, sister, Rita Prince of Granbury, brother, Kato Allen of Justin, grandchildren, Collin Cummings, Kade Cummings, Savannah Cummings, Naomi Cummings, Morgan Allen and Jaidyn Allen. He is preceded in death by his son Aaron Allen.


Funeral service 7:00 pm Friday, February 15, 2013 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be at 6:00 pm prior to service.
