Alice Marie Youngblood, 65, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020, in a Fort Worth hospital. Alice was born February 9, 1955, in Weatherford, to James Notie and Wanda Walker Langford.
She was an audio engineer, a self-taught computer technician, a former Office Manager for Farmers Insurance Company, and Jailer for Parker County Sheriff’s Office. Alice was a long-time member of South Main Church of Christ, a talented photographer, and a musician who loved country gospel music. Along with spending time with her family and friends, Alice enjoyed crocheting in her free time.
She is survived by her devoted children: April Huse and husband, David, of Euless; Crystal Claire and husband, Dan, of Weatherford; Clay Youngblood and wife, Kristi, also of Weatherford; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday evening, December 4, 2020, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. A funeral service celebrating Alice’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday December 5, 2020. at the funeral home with interment to follow in Authon Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Benevolence Fund at South Main Church of Christ.
