Alta Brewer

Alta Brewer, 81, of Weatherford passed away on August 31, 2019 surrounded by her family.
Alta was born on April 1, 1938 to the late Dale and Cora Thomas in Paris, Texas. She had five children which she raised in Weatherford, Texas. Alta drove buses for the school district for many years and also had “Blondie’s Diner” that could be found at the local flea markets. She enjoyed reading, playing cards and dominos, but above all Alta enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Alta is preceded in death by her parents; son, Micky Wayne; sister, Leona; and brother, Hassell.
Survivors include her husband, TJ Terry; daughter, Vickie Blevins; sons, Richard Blevins (Gayla), Wesley Terry (Carolyn), and Kurt Brewer (Alicia); sister, Myrtle Wimberly; brother, Bill Roden; grandchildren, Chris, Christy, Braydon, Koree and Ian; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.
