Amber Nicole Herrera-Payne

Amber Nicole Herrera-Payne, 30, of Weatherford, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at her residence. Amber was born April 14, 1991, in Dallas, Texas, to Joseph Herrera and Sherry Bullard Herrera. 

She truly had a servant's heart, helping others was one of her greatest accomplishments. Amber loved teaching others to pray and leading them to Christ. She worked for Kid's Academy of Texas in Aledo, where she thoroughly enjoyed care for and teaching children. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mike and Debra Bullard.

Amber is survived by her son, Anthony Webb; husband, Shawn Payne; mother, Sherry Herrera and husband, Richard Gibson; father, Joseph Joaquin Herrera; siblings, Kimberly Herrera, Timothy Gibson, William Gibson, Noah Herrera, Nate Herrera, Jacob Gibson, and Courtney Sunday and husband, Kenny; grandparents, Beverly and Jamie McBride; as well as countless cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Calvary Church of Fort Worth, 700 McPherson Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76140.
