Barbara Joyce Lahue

Barbara Joyce LaHue, 65, of Weatherford passed away Friday, July 27, 2010 following a courageous battle with cancer.  Barbara was born May 13, 1945 to Robert Clifton and Viola Hortence Skiner Haynes.
 
Barbara worked as a bank teller at Weatherford National Bank for twenty years.  She loved her banking family and missed them after retirement.  Her dream was to someday go to Ireland.  She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her dogs Buddy and Sasey.
 
Barbara was a Christian who enjoyed chatting with an internet group of Christian woman.  She was preceded in death by her parents and three stillborn babies.
 
Survivors include a son, Wesley Dale Murdock; step-daughter, Monica Ardion; six grandchildren, Wyatt, Payten, Morgan, Levi, Stetson and Casey; aunt, Ruby Haynes and numerous cousins.
 
A memorial service will be held at Harmony Baptist Church.  The day and time will be announced shortly.
