Betty Ann Searcy

Betty Ann Searcy, 89, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Betty was born October 15, 1931, in Jacksboro, Texas, to John Curtis and Annie Jensen Current. She was a devoted wife and homemaker. She was a member of Mid Cities Bible Church and First Baptist of Euless where she enjoyed working in the nursery. Betty enjoyed sewing, coloring, playing computer games and working on her family's ancestry. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; two sisters; her husband, Saint Elmo Searcy; and her son, Saint Elmo Searcy, Jr.

Betty is survived by her children, Deborah Helton and husband, James, Curtis Byron Searcy, Phillip Searcy and wife, MyLinda, Beverly Noblit and husband, Nathan, and Christopher Scott Searcy; sister, Barbara Benfer; grandchildren, Rebekah Pridgeon, Sharon Thompson, Dagmar Rutzell, Chrystal Miller, Marshall Searcy, Christopher Searcy, Cody McDonald, Joshua Searcy, Alicia Sauceda, Cassandra Roberts, Curtis Searcy, Lesli Sawatsky, Patrick Searcy, Hallie Pate, and Caden Noblit.

Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with a graveside to follow in Curtis Cemetery, in Weatherford.
