Bill C. Prichard

Bill C. Prichard, 76, a longtime Parker County resident, died early Tuesday morning following a lengthy illness. He was born July 18, 1937. Bill grew up in Harmony community and was the son of Verdie and Clara Prichard, who preceded him in death. He attended Weatherford schools and Weatherford College. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Bill served in the banking business in Weatherford and Fort Worth for 30 years and was a long haul truck driver for 10 years. A member of Lakeshore Baptist Church, where he sang bass in the Joyfull Singers Choir, he is survived by his wife, Nancy; a son, Alan Prichard of Weatherford; a daughter, Marla Davy and her husband Rhett of Lindsay; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends. Bill was a friend to everyone he met and will be missed by all who had known him.
 
 

Funeral: 2:00 pm Friday at the Lakeshore Baptist Church. Interment in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 pm Thursday at Galbreaith Pickard.
