Bonnie Evelyn Atkins

Bonnie Evelyn Atkins, age 84, passed from this life Sunday, July 16, 2017 at a local nursing home. Evelyn was born September 22, 1932 in Morgan Mill, Texas to K. C. and Lois Rasberry. She was a retired LVN, and Home Maker. Bonnie loved reading, puzzles, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of New Faith Baptist Church, and was formerly a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where she served in many capacities.
Evelyn is survived by her Daughters, Linda LaRose, Donna Boone and husband Mark, Son, Kevin Atkins and wife Angie all of Weatherford, sister Paralie Young of Cleburne, brothers, Arnold Rasberry, Owen Rasberry both of Morgan Mill, and Grady Rasberry of Lingleville. Seven Grand Children, Janet Trammell, Ryan Boone, Dustin Reeder, Kelli Stahl, Toni Shumway, Zachary Atkins, Morgan Atkins, and one Great Grandchild Jaxson Shumway.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Charles, daughter Karen, and sister Dorothy Laney.
