Bonnie Inez Thompson

Bonnie Inez Thompson, 88, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011.  Inez was born April 29, 1923 in Parker County to Betty Mae and James Arthur Laymance.  She was a lifelong resident of Parker County.

Inez and her late husband, Horace operated a dairy and several service stations in Weatherford.  They were charter members of Hilltop Baptist Church.  She maintained a lifetime membership in the church.  Mrs. Thompson was a nurse’s aide at Oak Lane Nursing Home and Weatherford Health Care.

Survivors include her children, Linda Johnson and husband, Mike, James Thompson and wife, Pamela and Wayne Thompson and wife, Ann; six grandchildren, Scott Johnson and wife, Becky, Bryan Johnson and wife, Mindy, Jamie Gentsch and husband, Brad, Jennifer Eddlemon and husband, Bryan, Misty Havens and husband, Henry and Jason Thompson and wife, Amy and fifteen great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday at East Greenwood Cemetery.
