Brandy Sue Phillips Burk, age 47, of Arlington, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020. She was born on March 11, 1973, in Longview, Texas, to Sue and Miles Phillips.
Brandy was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, and an even more amazing Nana. Her grandchildren were the highlight of every day and brought out her beautiful laugh and contagious smile that will be dearly missed. She was a hard-worker and loved with everything she had. She was an awesome friend to everyone and a city girl on the outside, but truly a country girl at heart. She was caring and nurturing to everyone and will be dearly missed.
Brandy is survived by her daughters, Brittany Bucklin and husband, Anthony of Weatherford, Kolbi Williams of Fort Worth, and Lauren Burk of Fort Worth; son, Blake Burk and fiancé, Jazail Doty; grandchildren, Malachi and Gideon Bucklin, Merabell, Landon, and Dustin Burk, and Zoey and Bryce Burk; parents, Sue and Charles Kittrell of Fort Worth; sister, Belinda Dickard and husband, Toby of Weatherford; brother, Micheal Phillips and wife, Teresa of Marshall; nieces, Amber Plumlee and husband, Brad, Megan Dickard and Brian Stricklin, April Dickard and fiancé, Mitch Heyen, and Kolby Phillips of Marshall; nephews, Kyle Phillips and wife, Chelsea of Marshall, Kolton Phillips and wife, Megan of Marshall; great nieces and nephews, Lilly Plumlee, Mackenzie, Madison, and Makenna Dillow, Haley, Pacey, and Kaleb Dickard, Emma Reidnauer, Izayah, Drake, Ryleigh, and Emory Phillips; and many other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Miles Phillips; brother, Charles Lloyd Kittrell, IV; grandparents, Rosie and O.C. Phillips; grandparents, Lynn and Christine Lay; cousin, Wendy Gullette; and numerous others.
