Brenda Kay Unerfusser

Brenda Kay (Johnston) Unerfusser, age 74, entered the gates of Heaven on Monday, June 12, 2023. She was born May 22, 1949, in Mineral Wells, Texas to Wade Irvin Johnston and Verdie Lee Johnston. Brenda worked as a clerk in office administration for many years. Her whole life she was an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. Music was Brenda's passion and she was a skilled organist and pianist. In her spare time, she was an avid reader. Brenda was dearly loved and her smile and gentle nature will be missed by all who knew her.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Erica Unerfusser and Jason Unerfusser; grandchildren, Steven Unerfusser, Colby Berry, and Cameron Unerfusser; great grandchild, Waylon Unerfusser; brother, Mike Johnston and wife, Jane; nephews, nieces, cousins, and other extended family members.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 16, 2023, at Perrin Memorial Gardens, on Back Cemetery Rd, in Perrin, Texas 76486, officiated by Mark Alcorn.
