Cara is preceded in death by her grandfather, R.D. Nelson.
She is survived by her parents, Michelle Virginia Padilla and John Wesley Hawkins; sister, Maci Padilla; brothers, Hayden Wayne Hawkins and Brandon Scott Hawkins; grandparents, Christine Nelson, Nancy Hawkins Martin and husband Harvey Martin; great-grandmother, Virginia Nelson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside service: 2 pm Wednesday, March 19, 2012 at Bethesda Cemetery.
