Carolyn Kay Nicholson

Carolyn Kay Nicholson was born on September 16, 1947, in Weatherford, Texas. She was the youngest daughter of Hood and Ita Nicholson. 

Carolyn passed away on October 8, 2021, at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas. She attended Brock Elementary and Junior High and graduated high school from Weatherford High School. Carolyn attended Weatherford Junior College for two years, then entered nursing school and worked as an RN for many years. She loved animals, always having a small dog or cat in her apartment. 

Carolyn is survived by two sisters, Aline Johnston of Grand Prairie, and Sharon Zinn and husband, Marion of Fort Worth, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Clark Cemetery, on Friendship Road, North of Weatherford.
