Cecilia Cheatham

Cecilia Jane Rutherford Cheatham, 43, joined our Lord in heaven on September 7, 2009.
 
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday September 17, 2009 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm, Weatherford Texas 76086.
 
Dr. Randy Hughes will officiate.
 
Cecilia was born February 1, 1966, in Mineral Wells Texas, to Joe and Carolyn Rutherford. She was married for 12 years to her soul mate Don Cheatham, who past away one year earlier.
 
Cecilia was a member of the Trinity Hills Baptist Church.  She had a passion for music, her nieces, nephew and step-grandkids.
 
Her family wrote: "Cecilia loved to laugh and spend time with her family. Spending time with the ones she loved is when she smiled the most.  Cecilia had an amazing sense of humor and personality that could light up the room.  She was a very dedicated and loving wife to her late husband Don. And now they are together for eternity.  We will dearly miss her laugh and smile, and will never forget the wonderful times we spent together.
 
The bible verse she held dear to her heart was Proverbs 3:5;  Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your paths.
 
Cecilia is survived by her Father, Joe Rutherford, Mother, Carolyn Rutherford, Sister, Lisa Trefger; Aunt, Linda Kneece, Cousin Bayless Rutherford, Brother-in-law Eddie Trefger, Nieces Taylor and Mackenzie Trefger, and Nephew, Edward Bradley Trefger.
