Charles S. “Fuzzy” Venezia, 82, of Hudson Oaks, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, December 24, 2018, at his home.
A memorial visitation will be held from 12:30 until 1 P.M., on Saturday, December 29, at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. A memorial service celebrating his life will follow at 1 P.M., Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
Fuzzy was born December 12, 1936, in Long Branch, New Jersey to Louis and Anna Venezia. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. Fuzzy married Norma Harrelson and had 3 daughters. He owned his own company, 3C Supply for over 56 years. Fuzzy was a life member of the PRCA and was a disabled Veteran. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, and horses. Most of all, Fuzzy will be remembered for being a devoted husband, father and grandfather who was always “willing to do anything for anybody.”
Fuzzy is survived by his wife, Norma; his daughters, Carrie Becker and husband David, Elizabeth Michelle Venezia, and Charlene Rossander and husband Donald; grandchildren, Dr. Zachary Nevolo, Anton Nevolo, Jesse Becker, Charlsie Rossander and Clayton Rossander; his sister, Delores Falsetti; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Fuzzy was preceded in death by his brother, Louis Venezia.
