Clara ‘Cary’ Jolene Patrick, 90, passed from this life on Monday, December 25, 2023. Clara was born January 10, 1933, in Gladewater, Texas to Raymond Thomas Allen and Clara Opal (Wisley) Allen. She was a devoted homemaker and member of Lakeshore Baptist Church in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Clara enjoyed quilting, needle point, and reading.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen Patrick, Sr. in 2012; sons, Kenny Patrick in 1989, and Jim Patrick in 2005; and sisters, Betty Hungerford and Mary Hill.
Clara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Bobby Vincent of Hudson Oaks, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Jenny Patrick of Loveland, Colorado; 12 grandchildren, David, Jon, Jared, Sharilyn, Nicole, Trey, Colin, Sammie, Rachel, Jamie, Ryan, and Patrick; 30 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Mitchell of Joliet, Illinois.
