Clinton Ray Bowling

Clinton Ray Bowling, age 61, passed from this life on Monday, October 24, 2022. Clint was born April 30, 1961, in Fort Worth, Texas to Ray Charlie Bowling and Laura Bell (Verbick) Bowling. He was a butcher for Teels Custom Meats in Weatherford. One of Clint's favorite pastimes was fishing, but he was known for his love of slow pitch softball. Clint will be remembered as a power-hitting softball machine; he could hit the ball anywhere he wanted, as long as it was over the fence. His lively spirit will be greatly missed by his family, friends, teammates, and community.

Clint is survived by his brother, Charlie Bowling of Weatherford, Texas, and nephew, Walt Stevens of Benbrook, Texas.

Clint was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Laura Bowling; sister, Laura Stevens; and brother, Calvin Bowling.

A memorial service is scheduled to be held at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas, at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 27, 2022.
