Collin Bailey Sturgis

Collin Bailey Sturgis, 14, of Weatherford, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, in Fort Worth.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., on Monday, March 1, 2021, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.

Collin was born on January 31, 2007, in Bremmington, Washington, to Michael Sturgis and Shanna Murray. He was currently an 8th grade student at Hall Middle School in Weatherford and was loved by all his classmates. He will affectionately be remembered for his love for life, his quit whit, and sense of humor. Being the unofficial ‘class clown’ he could also take life quite seriously. Most of all, Collin loved and was loved by his family and by his many friends.

Forever loving Collin will be by his parents, Michael and Priscila Sturgis; his siblings, Brady, Aiden, Maddy, and Keeva Sturgis; by many cousins; and by his grandparents, Harold Sturgis, and Gloria Lares.

Collin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Georgeanna Strugis, and by his grandfather, Johnny Urias.
