Heaven gained an angel on November 19, 2021 when Colt'n Ray Gandy, age 19, stepped into the arms of Jesus after a horrific accident on his first road trip to visit his mother in Arizona. Colt'n was born December 19, 2001, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Daniel Gandy and Melissa Mosley.
Colt'n was full of life "the life of the party" and loved to make others laugh. He loved spending time with family, especially his niece and nephews. He was the first to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved a good game of basketball and was an avid gamer. He had started to live out his lifelong dream of exploring the world. He was hard working, honest, and was an arborist for The Hatchet Hounds in Peaster. He was devoted to the ones he loved, lived his life like his tattoo of Phillipians 4:13, and was a member of The Church in Peaster.
Colt'n is survived by his parents, Melissa Rhea Mosley of Surprise, Arizona, and Daniel Gandy and wife, Tania of Peaster; sisters, Kayla Rhea, Kadi Sessums, Cheyenne Gandy, Heighly Coffin, Brothers, Daniel James "DJ" Gandy, Garrett Shackelford, Trenton Fisher, Keven Morris Jr., Messiah Ross; niece, Kariah Ross; nephews, Josiah "JJ" Sessums, Kayden "Tuna" Nero, Karmelo Ross; his girlfriend, Kadence Herringer; several aunts, uncles, and an abundance of friends and family.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at North Side Baptist Church.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 3, 2021, 2:00 p.m., at North Side Baptist Church.
