Dan Ray Wingo, Sr.

  Dan Ray Wingo Sr., 71, of White Settlement, passed away Friday, July 26, 2013. Dan was born October 7, 1941, in Weatherford, to Audra Elizabeth and Lawrence Palmerston, Sr.

  Mr. Wingo was a retired Fort Worth Police Officer. His main hobby was fishing and he loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

  Survivors include his daughters, Kim Moore and Wendee Wiesner and husband, Dan; sons, Dan Ray Wingo, Jr. and Joe Wingo and wife, Beth; nine grandchildren, Darin Holloway, Dayna Holloway, Dan Ray Wingo III, Bryan Wingo, Madison Wiesner, Logan Wiesner, Sydney Wiesner, Lilly Wingo, and William Wingo; six great grandchildren; and a brother, Lawrence Palmerston Wingo, Jr. and wife, Bonnie.

  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
