Dancy Rozansky Crawford

Dancy Rozansky Crawford, 71, of Weatherford passed away peacefully Friday, October 20, 2017 at her residence. Memorial service: 2 p.m, Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation: 5-7 p.m, Tuesday at the funeral home. Dancy was born October 20, 1946 in St. Mary’s City, Maryland to J. Tennyson and E. Doris Ridgell Wood. She retired from the State of Michigan and moved to Weatherford and married Rodney Crawford, Sr. Dancy worked as a part-time receptionist at the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce; was a member of the Red Hat Society of Parker County including Acting Queen Mother and joined the RHS Wild West Women in 2004. In 2015, Dancy was crowned Ms. Senior Parker County. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, George Philip Rozansky, her parents, and a brother, Grandville Wood. Dancy is survived by her husband, Rodney Crawford, Sr; children, George Rozansky and wife Keri of Arizona, Danelle Rozansky Grover of Michigan, Tammy Gazzola and husband Ricky, Rodney Crawford, Jr. and wife Lauren all of Weatherford; grandchildren, Georgie Rozansky, Noah Grover, Aly Kirk and husband Nic, London and Major Crawford; sisters, Connie Wood, Robin Knott and Catherine Quade; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
