Darrell James Holden

Darrell James Holden, 61, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday evening, October 9, at his home surrounded by his loved ones.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Wednesday, October 12, at Dilbeck Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford.
Darrell was born on July 11, 1955 in Weatherford, Texas. He was a residential carpenter by trade and was a ‘meticulous and perfectionist craftsman.’ He was an avid fisherman. Darrell cherished time spent with his family.
Darrell is survived by his mother, Anita Josey; brothers Ricky (Jackie) Clark of Weatherford and Kenneth Josey of Poolville; his sister, Cheryl (Stephen) Mann of Poolville; his aunt, Beverly Sue Carpenter of Weatherford; by numerous nephews and cousins; and by his best friend, Bill Jackson.
Darrell was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Walter ”Pete” and Marceline Perry.
