Darrell Lee Stanford

Darrell Lee Stanford, age 76, of Weatherford, died Sunday night, January 9, 2011, in the Veterans Hospital in Dallas,  Born March 14, 1934 in Friona, Texas, a resident of Weatherford for many years.  He was a building contractor, former accountant and he loved working with wood and gardening. Survivors: wife, Wanda Stanford of Weatherford; daughters, Milda Martella of Hanford, California, Jane Collette of Hanford, California, Kristy Dotson of Euless and Jody Rozzell of Medford, Oregon; sons, Bradley Stanford, Northern, Oregon, Curtis Garner of Enid, Oklahoma, Jeff Garner of Terra Haute, Indiana and John Stanford, Weatherford; sister, Virginia Nash of New Mexico; 23 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
 
Memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, January 15, 2011 in the Greenwood Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Bond officiating.
