Darrell Thouvenel, 60, of Weatherford, died Sunday, August 13, 2006 in the local hospital. Born July 24, 1946 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, a resident of Parker County for many years. Darrell was a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ and a retired road foreman for Parker County Precinct 3. His mother Christine Thouvenel precedes him in death. Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 P.M. Tuesday in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.He is survived by Wife, Dee Thouvenel of Weatherford; Daughter, Lana Tasker and husband Rick of Denver, Co.; Stepsons, Gary Roe Jr. and wife Lisa of Weatherford, Cory Roe and wife Jennifer of Millsap, K.J. Roe and wife Kerrie of Lone Camp, Tx; Father, John Thouvenel of Weatherford; Sisters, Adlois Parker of Crowley, Loreta Massie and husband Sammy of Brock, Janel Thouvenel of Brock, LaNel Shires and husband Zack of Brock; Brother, Alton Thouvenel and wife Judy of Aledo and 4 grandchildren.
