Donald M Briggs, 69, of Weatherford passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at his residence. Memorial service: 2 p.m, Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Donald was born March 21, 1948 in Potosi, Texas to Malcom and Millie Winn Briggs.
He was a self-employed CPA, working with many Oil and Gas Companies. Donald’s greatest love was his family, especially being Papa and spoiling his grandchildren. He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Deborah; children, Brant Briggs, Shanna Briggs, Gary Briggs, Jeremy Briggs and wife Nicole, Chris Briggs and wife Priscilla and Mandy Vinson and husband Matt; grandchildren, Blake Briggs, Brooklynn Briggs, Kylie Hay, Jayden Briggs, Kinsler Briggs, Graham Vinson, Jeremy Ty Fox and Emry Vinson; great grandson, Braxley Ty Fox; sister, Margie Poe and a host of extended family and friends.
