Donald Rea Davis

Donald Rea Davis, 82, of Weatherford passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017. Funeral service: 10a.m, Saturday July 22, 2017 at Willow Park Baptist Church with interment to follow in East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m, Friday at Willow Park Baptist. Memorials may be made to Cook Children’s Hospital. Donald was born February 25, 1935 in Weatherford to Henry and Rhoda Smith Davis. He was a member of Willow Park Baptist Church and was an accomplished home builder. Donald enjoyed raising cattle but the joy of his life was his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Patsy; children, Donna Dickinson, Cheryl Bullock and husband David, Wendell Davis and wife Donna and Michael Davis, all of Weatherford; sister, Carolyn Ellis of Levelland and Mary Anderson of Rockford, Illinois; grandchildren, Chance, Taylor, Boston, Bryant, Rea, Bryce and Abby; great grandchildren, Evelyn, Bryton, Riggins, Cooper and Emery.
