Donna "Gigi" Bramble October 26, 1947-March 14, 2012
Daughter of Tex Jones and Billie Jean Galbreaith Jones, went home after a mean, courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 26, 1947 in Weatherford, Texas. She got polio as an infant but never let that slow her down. With one arm, she did things that most grown men couldn't do. She was a tough, fun loving, warm and caring wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She met and fell in love with Capt. Bob Bramble at the Dairy Queen in Mineral Wells while he was going to flight school at Fort Wolters. They married and had three adoring daughters that loved her very much. She made every house a home, as we traveled to Army bases and when daddy went off to Vietnam. She helped all she met and loved to go to Fredricksburg with daddy and her friend Ann every chance she got. She loved to ride her tractor that daddy bought her and work in her herb garden.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, Tex and Billie Jean Galbreaith Jones and grandparents parents Bill and Blanche Galbreaith.
She will be missed by her loving husband of 44 years, Bob, her 3 daughters and their spouses; Sophie & Bobby Clark, Lou Ann & Carlos Hernandez, and Carmen Bramble Brown. The light of her life were her grand kids: Lauren, Ashley & Tori Clark, PFC Austin Hernandez and R.W. and Rainee Brown, as well a her great grand kids: Mikaela, Riley, Isabelle, Emmalynn, Noah, and Emily and more good friends than anyone could be allowed. We love you Gigi, so very much. You will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts.
So well, love love love.
