Donna Griffith Patty

Donna Griffith Patty, 62 of Weatherford passed away Thursday, January 28, 2010 in the local hospital.  Donna was born February 13, 1947 in Flint, Michigan to Edwin Willis and Helen Marie Griffith.

Mrs. Patty was an Educator in Texas and New Mexico for some thirty years.  She was a talented artist and jeweler, many of her works cherished by family and close friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Lynn Patty and her parents.

Survivors include her sister, Kay Hunt and husband Robert of Midland, TX; nieces, Dr. Amy McCortney of McKinney, TX and Julie DeLeon and husband John of Allen, TX; nephew, Justin Hunt and wife Marcell of Midland, TX; great nieces, Peyton and Grace DeLeon and Cheyenne, Caitlynn and Ceirra Hunt of Weatherford; dearest friends, Susan Rogalla of Ruidoso, NM, Barbara Kerr of Weatherford, TX, Linda Forward of Odessa, TX and Dale DeMoris and Sammy Keech of Germany and Donna’s beloved animals, Jake, Sammy, Bandit, and the recently adopted burrows Burl and Benjamin.

There will be a private service at a later date.
