Doris Evelyn Boone

Doris Evelyn Boone, age 79, passed away on Friday, March 08, 2013 in Weatherford.  She was born on April 22, 1933 to Austin and Josephine Cozart in Breckenridge, Texas.   Doris was a resident of Weatherford and member at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Josephine; husband, John Turner Boone; son, Johnny Dale Boone; brother, Charles Witherspoon.
Survivors include daughters, Donna Boone of Allen, Connie Denton and husband, John of Payton, AZ and Sherri Botello of Granbury; sons, Mark Boone and wife, Donna of Hudson Oaks and Danny Boone of Granbury; grandchildren: John Denton, Ashley Graham, Ryan Boone, Kelli Boone, Trey Boone and Zach Boone; great-grandchildren:  J P Denton, Hanah Denton, Mallory Boone, Eloise Boone and Eli Graham; sister, Dorothy Glover of Mineral Wells; brothers, Durwood Cozart and wife, Dorothy of Belton and Curtis Cozart and Carlene of Ranger.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Emmanuel Baptist Church building fund.
 

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 2 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Allen officiating.  Visitation will be 2-4 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
