Doris Ray Tyre

Doris Ray Tyre, 91, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018.

Graveside service: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, in Memory Gardens of the Valley Memorial Park.

Doris Ray Wallace Tyre was born July 15, 1926, in Mesquite, daughter of the late Chester Abraham and Clora Bannister Wallace. Doris loved to play dominoes with her friends but much more than that she loved her family. She was a member of North Side Baptist Church for more than 70 years.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, C.A. Tyre; children, Charles Tyre, Carla Price, and David Tyre; her parents; and all her siblings.

Survivors: grandchildren, Zach Davis and wife, Monica, Chance Tyre, Charley Tyre, Chad Tyre and wife, Ashley, and Ty Tyre, all of Weatherford; great-grandchildren, Zachary Davis, Jr., Jacob Davis, Bryson Tyre, Jordan Tyre, Kylie Tyre, Brennan Tyre, and Baylee Tyre; great-great-grandson, Alijah; sister-in-law, Rosie Frazier; and a host of loving church family and friends.
