Dorothy Peters

Dorothy Peters, age 90, of Weatherford, died Monday night, October 21, 2013, with her family by her side.  Born May 24, 1923, in Detroit, Michigan, a resident of Weatherford for several years, she was a homemaker, travel agent, and member of South Main Church of Christ. 

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Luke T. Peters, Jr., and a son, Bruce Peters.

Survivors: daughters, Christine Owens and husband, Gary of Houston, and Carol Dockstader and husband, Doc of Willow Park; son, Steven Peters of Weatherford; eight grandchildren; and
fourteen great grandchildren.
 
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 24, 2013, in the Grapevine Cemetery.
