Elizabeth Ann Hanna

Elizabeth Ann Hanna, 73 , was granted her angel wings on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, after a long and difficult battle with lung cancer.
 
Betty Ann was born on March 23, 1939 in National City, California, the only child of Jerusha and Franz Anderson. She graduated from Sweetwater High School in National City in 1957. Betty Ann was a member of the flag corp. and debate team.
 
On June 18, 1966, she married the love of her life, Jimmy N. Hanna, of McKinney, Texas. She faithfully served as a military wife, while working as a secretary and raised four children. She lived in California, Florida, and Texas, moving to Plano in 1977, Holly Lake Ranch near Tyler in 1998 and to Weatherford in 2010.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Tony Ruiz of Corsicana.
 
SURVIVORS: Husband, Jimmy, son Jeffery Linn and wife Laura, daughter Pamela Ann, daughter Lori Diane and husband Steve, son Travis Wayne, granddaughter Jamie Elizabeth and husband Brandon, and great grandson Wyatt Anthony.

 
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford, Texas.  Interment will be at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
