Elizabeth Diane Cooley

Elizabeth Diane Cooley, 67, passed from this life on Sunday, December 25, 2022. Diane was born September 22, 1955 in Laurel, Mississippi to Hilman Keys and Wilma (Graham) Keys. She was a believer in Jesus, faithful loving wife, mother and grandmother and took great joy in being a homemaker and a teacher’s aide. Prior to her illness, Diane gave everything of herself and asked for nothing in return. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. Her eyes shone with light and love when she spent time with them. She had a servant’s heart with a great smile and a joyful laugh.

Diane is survived by her husband of 48 years, Carlton Cooley; daughter, Carla Allums and husband, Timothy; son, Joseph Cooley and wife, Cassie; brother, Charles Keys and wife, Linda; and grandchildren, Gage, Austin, Rylie and Ava.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Hilman and Wilma Keys.

A graveside service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Annetta Cemetery in Annetta, Texas. Officiated by Pastor Van Houser.  Flowers can be sent to 913 N Elm St. Weatherford, Texas 76086
