Elvis Doyce Montgomery

Elvis Doyce Montgomery, age 87, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 07, 2014. Mr. Montgomery was born March 1, 1927 in Arlie, Texas. He was a truck driver,  an Army veteran, member of Center Point Baptist Church, the VFW and American Legion. Mr. Montgomery is preceded in death by his parents John and Clara Montgomery, son, Robert Carroll Montgomery, wife, Ruth Montgomery, brothers, Charles and Cecil Montgomery, sisters, Gladys Partain and Ethel Maines
Mr. Montgomery is survived by daughters; Donna Way and husband Ted of Weatherford, Dana Reynolds of Weatherford, sons, Ric Montgomery and wife Eliza of Willow Park, Randy Montgomery and wife Debbie Doss of Weatherford, sister, Lois Harrison of Weatherford, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
 


Funeral: 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at North Main Church of God, interment in Center Point Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 pm Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
