Emily Stelter Lagrone went home to our Heavenly Father on July 14, 2020. Born in Dallas, Texas on May 17, 1950, Emily was raised in Weatherford, Texas. She attended Weatherford High School and achieved high academics. Emily was a charter member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Weatherford, TX. She enjoyed her friends in her Walther League youth group and spent many happy hours serving the Lord with them. Later, moving back to DFW area, she worked as a construction cost accountant for most of her career. Emily loved to laugh and had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved theatre and art, as well as ballet. She will be missed by her friends and loved ones.
Emily was predeceased by her father and mother, Walter and Lucille Stelter, and her brother and sister in law, George and Cathie Stelter.
Emily is survived by her sister, Evelyn Bailey of Weatherford, and her brother, Walt Stelter and wife Kathy of Chalk Mountain, as well as beloved nephews Jack Bailey, Jr. (Allison), Ben Stelter, David Stelter (Katy), Mark Stelter, and her great niece and nephew Charlotte Bailey and Jack Bailey III.
