Era Mae Woodard

Era Mae Woodard, age 88, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 in Austin surrounded by her loving family. Era was born June 23, 1925 in Howell, Texas. She was a homemaker, Greenwood Community volunteer and a member of South Main Church of Christ for over 30 years. Mrs. Woodard is preceded in death by her parents, J.T. and Jessie Foster, sister, Ida Courtney and brother J.T. Foster, Jr.
The family would like thank Hospice Plus and Hospice of Austin staff for their loving care.
Survivors: Husband of 67 years, Rex Woodard of Weatherford, daughters, Linda Leech and husband Gary of Tennessee, Carol Adams of Weatherford, Marcelle Weinstein of Austin, sister, Marjorie Hawkins and husband Jack of Weatherford, seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
 

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Monday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment in Memory Gardens. Visitation 6-8 pm Sunday at Galbreaith Pickard.
