Eva Ruth Cozby

Eva Ruth Cozby passed away March 16, 2014 in Mineral Wells , Texas. Eva was born August 5, 1930 in Dublin, Texas to Everett Thurman Sr. and Agnes Francis Farley. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great and Great ,Great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Bennie Cozby and son, Don Butler, one sister, and two brothers.
She is survived by Her daughter, Pat Shields and husband Carl from Weatherford, sons, Paul Etheridge and wife Linda from Baytown, Everett Payne and Mike Payne both of Odessa, 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.


A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Melvin Caraway will be officiating. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel will be in charge of arrangements.
