Evalyn Sneed Hamilton, age 83, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. Hamilton was born November 23, 1930, to Roy and Jewell Sneed. She was a retired teller for First National Bank of Weatherford and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Jewell Sneed; sister, Irene Snider; and brother, James Sneed.
Evalyn is survived by her husband, Loyd Hamilton of Weatherford; nieces, Charlene McLeod of Abilene, Carol Snider of Fort Worth, Joye Saladino of Fort Worth, Judy Fincher of Canton, and Eddie Sneed of Canton; nephews, Mickey Snyder of California, Daniel Sneed of Dallas; great niece, Nina Saladino of Corpus Christi; and sister in law, Jo Sneed of Weatherford.
Graveside: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014, at East Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
