Evelyn Else Bullard

Evelyn “Granny” E. Bullard, 83, of Weatherford, passed away Thursday evening, September 8, at Weatherford Regional Medical Center in Weatherford.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm, Saturday evening, September 10, at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Home in Weatherford. Graveside services for family and friends will be Sunday afternoon at 3 at Zion Hill Cemetery north of Weatherford. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Granny was born September 8, 1933 in Fort Worth to Thomas and Lucille Creswell. She was a live-time resident of Parker County and a long-time member of North Side Church of Christ in Weatherford where she taught Sunday School for many years. Most of all, Granny will affectionately be remembered as being a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who cherished time spent with her family.

Granny is survived by her children, Lynda Farmer, Thomas (Kim) Joslin, Johnny (Darlene) Joslin, and Kelvin Joslin; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and by her siblings, Mildred Scarborough of Oklahoma, Billie Griffin of Missouri, and Royce Creswell of Idaho.

In addition to her parents, Granny was preceded in death by her husband Del Bullard; by her sister Freda, and by her grandson, Johnny Joslin.
