Evelyn G. Tidwell

Evelyn G. Tidwell, 88, of Weatherford, formerly of Granbury, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 in a Fort Worth hospital. Mrs. Tidwell was born October 8, 1924 in Tolar, Texas. She was a wonderful, loving mom of three, outliving two of her children; she was retired, attended the Methodist Church and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. Mrs. Tidwell is preceded in death by her parents, Irven and Jewell Wood, first husband, Thomas Jefferson Smith, second husband, James Tidwell, daughter, Sandra Pounders and son, Danny Lynn Crownover. She is survived by; Son, Larry James Crownover and wife Jackie of Weatherford, sister, Wilma Moore of Granbury, granddaughters, Jayme Glynn, Ashley Stone, Shannon Pounders, Jessica Eaves and Danielle Greene, great grandchildren, Madey Greene and Dillon Duplant
 

Funeral 11:00 am Friday, January 18, 2013 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
Visitation 10 -11 am Friday before service.  
Interment at 2:00 pm in Tolar Cemetery.
