Frank was retired from LTV and a member of North Side Baptist Church. He loved restoring old radios and old tractors. Survivors:  Wife, Wanda Howell of Peaster; daughter, Laura Biggs and husband Terry of Frisco; sons, Chuck Howell and wife Susan of North Richland Hills and Kelly Howell and wife Autumn of Keller; sisters, Juanita Howell of Fort Worth and Wanda Fay Cope of Arlington; brother in law, Al Alexander of Abilene; 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends
