Gail Tilley

Gail Tilley, 70, passed away April 7, 2016. She was born the daughter of James and Gloria Till Bundrick on April 16, 1945, in Columbia, South Carolina. Gail was a member of First Baptist Church of Weatherford and she was the secretary for Jim Duncan Realtor for 20 years. She was most known for her volunteering and being active throughout the community; she was a Chamber Ambassador where she loved to go to ribbon cuttings, a member of The Lion’s Club for over 30 years being a Lioness before the clubs merged, she volunteered for Weatherford Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for 18 years – even earning Volunteer of the Year. Gail was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many and will be missed by all.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Walt Tilley; daughter, Kimberly and Tim Mendolia; son, Kevin Tilley; grandchildren, Coby Talley, Tyson Tilley, Aj and Randi Mendolia; sister, Joyce and Donny Brazell; brother, James and Clarice Bundrick; close friend, Michelle Snow; as well as numerous other family and friends.


A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 Saturday, April 9 at North Side Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Lions Camp in Kerville or the Careity Foundation.
