Gary Lee Masterson

Gary Lee Masterson, 75, of Weatherford, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019 at his home.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 1:30 on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. A graveside committal service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, at East Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford.

Gary was born on October 7, 1943 in Monmouth, Illinois to Robert and Mary Masterson. He proudly served his county in the U.S. Navy. Gary married Sandy Dunn and together had two daughters, Velina and DeAnna and by a son, Russell.

Gary is survived by his wife, Sandria Masterson; his children, Velina Davidson (husband David) and DeAnna Wilson (husband Dennis); grandchildren: Robyn Rudder (husband Chase), Matthew Climber, Ryan Lozier, Dalton Edwards; great-grandson, Jackson Rudder; sisters, Linda Sanders and Teresa Athans (husband Chuck); nieces and nephews, Dana Garcia (husband Tommy), Chad Athans (wife Nicole), Amber Fonseca (husband Mike); and by his great nieces and nephews: Savannah Garcia and son Cristiano Garcia, Harli Garcia, Adley and Asher Athans, Roman Fonseca.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his son, Russell.
