Glen Howard Wasson, Jr.

Glen Howard Wasson Jr., 74, of Holiday Lakes, Texas, passed away August 21, 2021. Glen was born November 30, 1946, in Jacksboro, Texas, to parents, Glen and Martha Wasson. Glen was a trucker by trade and self-employed. Glen moved to the area in 1974. He was an avid gun and coin collector. Glen also enjoyed being a father and grandfather.

Glen was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Wasson, and his parents, Glen Howard, Sr. and Martha Wasson; son, Tony; granddaughter, Jocelyn; and great great grandson, Nicklous.

Left to cherish his memories are his children: Mandy and Bill McNutt, Kim Slaughter, Greg and Wanda Wasson, and nephew, Roy Wasson; grandchildren: Brandon Prodoehl, Sarah, Ryan, Matthew, Christina, Caleb, and Joshua; great grandchildren: Karyn, Christopher, Alaura, Mason, Casey, Anthony, Alonna, Abigail, Addison, Cecil, Milo, Salem, Theron, Brandon ll, and Brayden.

A Visitation Service will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Palms Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held in Weatherford, at East Greenwood Cemetery, on Friday, August 27th, at 1:00 p.m., nephew, Pastor B J Nunley officiating.
