Harvey Eanes Saul, Jr.

Harvey Eanes Saul, Jr., 87, of Weatherford passed away Monday October 12, 2009 in a local nursing facility. Born August 14, 1922 in Weatherford where he lived most of his life. Harvey was a Weatherford mail carrier for 42 years. He was a World War II veteran and a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. After retiring from the post office, Harvey worked at Wal-Mart as a people greeter, where people loved, and therefore his family gave him the nickname “Mayor of Wal-Mart”. Mr. Saul’s parents and a sister, Juanita Hagman preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Mary; daughters, Tracy Ragle and husband Gene of Weatherford and Vicki Weart of Richardson; son, Todd Saul and wife Pam of Weatherford; grandchildren, Dr. Richard Weart, Maryl Ragle, GeneAnne Ragle, Kristin Alexander and husband, David and Trevor Saul and one great granddaughter Miriam Weart.
 
Family graveside at a later date, visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Thursday, October 15, 2009 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Barlow Hall. Memorials may be made to All Saints Episcopal Church, Weatherford Texas.
