Hector Alexis Trujillo, 16, of Weatherford, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2021, in Fort Worth.
Visitation with his family will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 24, at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, in Weatherford. He will be laid to rest at Curtis Cemetery.
Hector was born October 22, 2004, in Weatherford, Texas, to Gerardo Trujillo and Marilu Martinez. He was a student at Weatherford High School and had career plans to be a Home Improvement Designer. Hector was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and also enjoyed watching his favorite soccer team Club America. He was a very loved person by everyone who knew him and had a smile that would brighten everyone’s day. Hector was a very cheerful person and would always help others. He had the kindest and sweetest soul and was always so respectful to others.
He was taken from us to soon but those 16 years he spent with us will never be forgotten. Hector will forever be in our hearts and prayers.
Hector is survived by his parents, Gerardo Trujillo and Marilu Martinez; his brothers, Angel Trujillo and Ronaldo Trujillo; his sister, Gloria Trujillo; his grandpa, Genaro Martinez and his grandma, Petra Ortega; his aunts, Gabriela Martinez, Maribel Martinez, Laura Martinez, Cristina Martinez, Erica Martinez, Martha Perez, Marcela Trujillo, and Margarita Ortega; and by his uncles, Mario Patino, Alex Tellez, Pedro Gomez, Rogelio Trujillo, Ruben Trujillo, Cesar Trujillo, and Rogelio Ortega.
